Discover our recently renovated holiday home, nestled in a peaceful setting with complete privacy. The garden has been fully redesigned: the concrete wall has been raised and repainted beige, a large parasol provides a pleasant shaded area, and two gazebos have been added so you can fully enjoy the outdoors. Some trees had to be removed for these improvements, but they are already growing back well. Ideally located, the villa is about 20 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes from the Rivesaltes shopping center, with access to the nearby municipal pool, and 35 minutes from Collioure and its surroundings. The train station is 5 minutes away and a bus stop is just a 1-minute walk. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Canigou, about an hour’s drive away. A peaceful place, perfect for recharging while staying close to local amenities and tourist attractions.
